This is the billing form.

Image legends:

1. Search for patient by typing in some characters of their name or ID. Select from suggestion list that is displayed. If this form is accessed from add medical record, the patient field is automatically filled.
2. For notes you can fill them in directly or alternatively use note templates.
3. Use billing template as an alternative to adding items one by one.
4. Add billing items by tapping on (+) button. Set description and amount for each row, or remove it by tapping on trash button.
