Note templates help you saving typing time on filling in several fields. Imagine a note template as “fill in the blanks” text which you can complete further after pasting it into a field. Create new note templates then use them on forms fields like Anamnesa and Diagnosa on Medical Record form.

A field with […] button beside it indicates that it has note template feature. Tap on the button and select a note template, then the corresponding text is pasted into the field, overwriting its current content.

Note templates are categorized to help you look for them while selecting. It does not limit note template usage on unrelated fields, for example using Anamnesa template on Diagnosa field.
