This screen displays medical records.

Image legends:

1. Main display, listing inputted medical records. Tap on any row to view/edit the record.
2. Options menu:
   1. Filter: limit displayed records based on criteria.
   2. Reset: clear out all set filters.
   3. Sort
3. Search medical records by patient name or patient ID.
4. Number of medical records displayed and their billing amount.
5. Tap this button to input new medical record.
