This is the patient form.

Fill in Date of Birth field and PasienQu Pro automatically calculates Age and Month at the time of patient data input. You can also fill those fields directly in case the patient doesn’t have or disclose date of birth. Please note that either way those fields do not auto-update as the time goes by.

Profile section is additional, optional, data like date of registration, ID number, e-mail address, occupation, contact number, address, and notes.

Tap Save button to commit changes or Cancel to undo changes. A confirmation is displayed asking if you want to abandon the changes.

Warnings are displayed for invalid fields. Make sure they are correctly filled in before saving again.

Tap on a patient from patient list and patient this detail screen is displayed.

Image legends:

1. Tap on menu button for more options. Select Edit to update or Archive to hide it from future use. Archive menu turns into Unarchive for archived data. Read more here about archiving data.
2. Tap on Add Medical Record button to input a new medical record for this patient.
