Image legends:

1. Main display, listing registered patients. Tap on any row to edit the patient data.
2. Options menu:
   1. Filter: limit displayed patients based on criteria.
   2. Reset: clear out all set filters.
   3. Sort
3. Search patients by name or patient ID.
4. Tap this button to add patient data.
