Use this screen to register to PasienQu Pro app. Registration form consists of full name, e-mail address, and password. Current version of the app restricts e-mail addresses to GMail only.

By registering you automatically enter free trial period, after which you can extend the app’s use by purchasing one-time subscription for certain number of days. After that you will enter grace period where you can view but cannot add nor modify data. After grace period ends you will not be able to access the app until after you purchase a subscription.
