PIN protection provides additional security when the app is closed. On reopening the app a PIN is requested before you can proceed with using it.

This screen is displayed every time you start the app. If you forget your PIN, tap on I forget my PIN button and a verification email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions on the email to set a new PIN.
