
Backup And Restore
Setting

Use this screen to backup and restore data.
Data is backed up to Google Drive under a GMail account of your choice (default is the same account you use while registering). Tap Login button to connect to your Drive account. If you want to use another account for backup/restore, tap Logout button in this screen, then it will switch to Login button. Tap this to login with the desired account.
By restoring data to other devices, you can view your data on multiple devices. To avoid data mismatch/conflict, set Master Device on only one if the devices, typically the one you use to perform data input and update. Devices with Master Device set to inactive can only be used to restore and view data.
Tap Backup Database (A on the image) to perform backup. Please make sure that you do backup only from the device with Master Device set to active.
Tap Restore Database (B on the image) to perform restore. You can restore database to any device regardless of its Master Device setting.
You can backup data only or with images and files, for example prescription and other files in Medical Record. Backup will take much longer time and use more space on your Drive account if done with images and files, but restoring on another device will have those included for view.

In order to conserve device resources, backup is not performed automatically. Feel free to backup as often as you like. If you want to be reminded, please set periodic reminder as you wish.
