This screen displays appointments.

Image legends:

1. Search appointments by patient name or patient ID
2. Options menu:
   1. Filter: limit displayed appointments based on criteria.
   2. Reset: clear out all set filters.
   3. Sort
3. Tap on a date to input an appointment.
4. Alternatively, tap (+) button to input an appointment.
5. List appointments on selected dates.

Dates that have appointments are indicated with number of appointments inside a red circle.
